Oldham County High School
Library Media Center
Welcome to Colonel Country! We are so happy to have you as part of our family of staff, students, parents, and community members. Whether you have been here for years or are brand new to OCHS, you will undoubtedly have some questions about how things work around here. In hopes of helping you at your time of need, we have designed this wiki for you so that you are able to find the answers to your questions concerning the LMC.
Please allow us to introduce ourselves to you.

Sue McHargue
Sue wears many hats! In addition to being a library media specialist, she is our building STC (school technology coordinator). Sue helps us all (students and staff) to access the network. She has worked in Oldham County for 27 years as a first grade teacher and LMS. Her undergraduate degree is in Music and she spent 6 years teaching music in Jefferson County. Her current favorite book is Memorial Day by Vince Flynn.
Library Media Specialist~
Christi Unker
This is Ms. Unker's second year here at Oldham County High School Library, but she has been in education for 15 years. Ms. Unker obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in teaching and a Master's in Occupational Training and Development from University of Louisville. She graduated from Spalding University with her Library Science degree. She enjoys camping with her family and of course, reading good books!
Library Clerk~
Estella Glover
Estella is our right hand. She keeps track of the everyday circulation of books in the library. Additionally, she manages the 2 teacher copiers in the building, making sure that they are operational and are equipped with paper, staples, toner, etc. . She likes super spicy food and keeps us all laughing.
Technology Aide~
Jennifer Woodson
This is Jennifer's first year at OCHS. You will most likely find her out and about in the building, helping keep our network and computers in good working order. She has lived in many places in the United States when her husband, Reed, was in the Navy. We are fortunate to have her with us!
